Q: How do customers manage the subscription?

A:The customers are able to manage the subscription from the customer portal.


Q: How can customers access the customer portal?

A:There are two ways through which customers can access the customer portal and manage their subscriptions:

- When customers purchase a product, they are sent an email (if they provided their own) with their magic link that will take them to their customer portal. (Please note the link automatically gets expired every 7 days.)

- Customers can create an account and access it on the website, where they can see the "Manage Subscription" button. Clicking it will lead them to the customer portal where they can manage their subscriptions.
